Linda Massa
EL Teacher, Horn Lake Intermediate

During the time that we are unable to meet in person, I will have virtual school hours to answer emails, messages, and/or questions Monday-Friday from 7:30-3:30 pm.  If a message is received after 3:30 or over the weekend it will likely be the next business day before I am able to respond.

Also,  I will have EL support hours from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.  If you need to contact me between these hours you will receive an immediate response.  I will be available via zoom.

In addition to weekly assignments, students should read twenty to thirty minutes a day. Reading material can include picture books, chapter books, magazine articles, or news articles. Please see the list of questions you can ask your student when they are reading both literary and informational text.
