Hey everyone!  Welcome to the beginning of a wonderful school year.  I'm so excited to begin this journey with you! This will be my 3rd year teaching at Horn Lake Elementary, but my 8th year teaching in DeSoto County. I received a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Memphis. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st grade, and EL! This year, we will be learning, growing, and exploring together, and having a great time while doing it.  

In case you were curious, I moved to Memphis from Ohio when I was 14 and have lived in the Mid-South area ever since. I currently live in North Mississippi with my awesome husband, two young adult kids, three crazy dogs, and one feisty cat.
